In the current soft rental market, our rental property was rented out in 7 days after being beautifully staged by Pascal's team. They redesigned the main floor, installed a beautiful high quality laminate floor, painted the entire house,... Almost every single prospective tenant loved our home. Pascal painted our 2400 sq ft office by himself in only a few days! He did an absolutely fantastic job. Our office has open ceilings, which makes it a difficult place to paint because a lot of areas needed to be taped off. He pulled through and everything looks perfect. Couldn't recommend him enough!
